How long until my order ships out?
All items with my print minky, exclusive minky, embossed minky, rose minky, hide minky and dimple minky will be shipped out within 1-5 business days from the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in product listings. If you ordered an item with a designer print, please expect 2-4 weeks before your order will ship. Some of the designer prints I keep in stock, but most are ordered on demand. If you have a concern about needing your item by a certain date, please ask and I can confirm that information.
Shipping:
My shop is in Redcliff, AB, just outside of Medicine Hat.

I will contact you by email with pick up information when your order is ready to be picked up.
I ship all my products with either Canada Post or UPS. All items will have tracking. I can send smaller items (changing pad covers, nursing pillow covers) in regular, un-tracked mail for $5 per item. If you prefer shipping it this method, please send me an email and I can set that up for you. It will not have insurance on the package for this method, and I will not be held responsible if the item is lost in the mail; however in the 20 000+ packages I have shipped world-wide, I have only had 3 un-tracked packages go missing, so pretty good record so far.
Returns/Exchanges:
If this is the case, all items must be new, unwashed and in perfect condition for return. If I approve the request, you may have a few options. I will NOT accept returns on items 'made to order' or custom. Most items in my shop are made after you order, therefore are custom. I may consider a shop credit.
It is important that customers read the full description in all the listings that they are purchasing to make sure they are clear with the dimensions, fabrics and style of the items that I will be sending. I offer swatches of all my fabrics in my shop, if you are concerned about the color/s matching your space.
Cancelling an order after purchasing it. As soon as you press send to submit your order, production is started almost immediately, therefore cancellations or changes to your order are most likely not possible. Please make 100% sure you want your item/s prior to clicking submit.
In the case of a flawed item in your order, you must send pictures of the item within 3 days after receiving it. Once pictures have been sent, I will offer several options of how we will deal with it. You will then have 48 hours to decide which option will work best for you.
I do my best to be very fair. In the thousands of items I have made in my shop, this has only ever happened a few times. Minky is a unique fabric on the market. It is the softest fabric you will ever feel and has taken the fabric world by storm. Minky is a 100% polyester microfiber fabric.
Care of Minky Blankets: Machine wash in Cold water and dry with Low or NO heat. It is best not to add a dryer sheet. This will keep the minky soft! I even recommend if you have the time to hang it to dry and then lightly fluff in the dryer; this will preserve the bumps and swirls for a longer period of time. NEVER iron minky because it will flatten the bumps completely!
Rose swirl minky: never dry on medium or high heat. It will take away the softness if you do it too many times.
Care of Minky/Satin Blankets or Satin Ruffle or Trim:
Machine-wash warm, separately, on the gentle cycle, using no harsh detergents or bleach. Tumble-dry low, or with no-heat, removing while damp. Finish by drying flat. DO NOT OVERDRY. Do not dry-clean. I would recommend hanging to dry, if you have the time.
